Michelle
staff_Michelle_062615.jpgMichelle has been with our practice since 2008. Michelle began her career at Davis Orthodontics as an assistant but later transitioned into the role of treatment coordinator out of her passion for explaining treatment options to patients and walking them through the processes. Michelle finds so much joy in her job, watching her patient’s excitement and confidence soar once their treatments are over. Michelle has been married for 20 years, has two children ages 12 and 15 and two cats. In her spare time, you’ll find Michelle traveling, enjoying outdoor music festivals, and spending plenty of quality time with family and friends enjoying the lake and nearby beaches.

Julie
staff_Julie_062615.jpgJulie has been our office manager since 2008 playing an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the practice. Julie fell into this role easily, having had years of front office experience under her belt. She has lived in the area for over 35 years, enjoying the people and the small-town living. She loves children and enjoys watching their smiles and confidence grow as they progress through their treatments. Outside of work you can find Julie enjoying quality time with her husband of 14 years, her 2 children, 3 step-children, 3 grandsons, and 3 french bulldogs. She also enjoys spending time gardening, traveling, online shopping, and reading.

Heather
staff_Heather_062615.jpgHeather is an orthodontic assistant who has been with our practice since 2012. She was initially drawn into orthodontics by her curiosity about braces and aligners and how they can work to change a person’s smile. Her favorites parts of her job include seeing the changes in her patient’s smile with each subsequent visit and getting to know them personally. She’s a life-long area native, living locally with her husband and 3 children. In her spare time, you’ll find her cooking, vacationing, and shopping.

Destiny
destiny.jpgDestiny is one of our amazing dental assistants. She completed dental assisting school and interned here at our office. Following her internship, she was offered a full-time dental assistant role where she has been since 2016. Destiny loves getting to know all of her patients and seeing how each patient and treatment plan is different. For her, the best part of the job is watching beautiful smiles develop. Destiny, her husband, and son Levi live locally. Outside of work, you’ll find Destiny spending plenty of quality time with her family and enjoying all that the area has to offer.

Crystal
CrystalCrystal joined the Davis Orthodontics team in 2019 as one of our amazing dental assistants. Crystal was drawn to the role by her intrigue over the fact that you can move your teeth and transform your smile. In fact, her favorite part of her job is seeing patients really smile for the first time. She has lived in the area for four years and enjoys all there is to do in the great weather. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys volunteering at the EZ Center in Lexington, singing, and cooking.

Cindy
CindyI joined the Davis team in May 2017. I love meeting new people and getting to know them more each and everyday. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to expanding my knowledge and experience in the orthodontic field, with some great people.

Jamie
JamieJamie has been our marketing coordinator and dental receptionist for nearly a year now after moving to the area and falling in love with it, particularly with the lake. Jamie’s favorite part of her job is giving people confidence in their smile and watching their transformations. She’s been married for two years and has a dog named Lola and a kitten named Miller. Jamie enjoys spending time outdoors with her friends and family, walking her dog, and, of course, spending time at the lake.

Sarah
SarahSarah is one of our amazing dental assistants, she has been with the practice for nearly a year now. She came into her role rather accidentally. Sarah was originally on the waitlist for hygiene school, so she decided to enroll in orthodontics while she waited. As it turns out, she loves ortho and found her home and passion in this specialty. She’s a lifelong native of the area, living here since she was 7 years old. Her favorite part of her job is getting to know and connect with her patients. Sarah’s words to live by: “thoughts become things.”
